Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolves customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in a CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
