As a Product Copywriter at Saks OFF 5TH, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and technologists to develop compelling content that drives sales, engagement, and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and resonates with the target audience
• Write and edit engaging copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring that the tone and language are consistent across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand messaging and visual identity, including product descriptions, category names, and other content elements
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly, using data to inform decisions and optimize content performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in content marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our content initiatives
• Conduct thorough research to stay current with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences, and incorporate this knowledge into content creation
• Utilize A/B testing and experimentation to refine content and optimize performance, ensuring that content is continuously improving and meeting business goals
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of content and design elements
