Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our prestigious global network. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the luxury real estate sector while developing core HR competencies. You will work closely with the management team to streamline recruitment processes and enhance employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Assisting in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various job portals and professional networks.
- Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR databases with high confidentiality.
- Employee Engagement: Helping organize virtual team-building activities and internal communications to maintain a positive remote work culture.
- Policy Support: Assisting in the implementation and communication of company policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a luxury real estate or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as HRIS, recruitment platforms, and employee engagement tools.

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
