Digital Marketing Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and send targeted email campaigns to subscribers, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, copywriting, and development, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or a related field: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (e.g., Communications, Business, or Psychology).
- Experience in Digital Marketing: At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in social media, email marketing, or content creation.
- Skills and Tools: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer for social media management; Mailchimp or Constant Contact for email marketing; and Google Analytics or SEMrush for analytics and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
