Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Product Marketing professional to join our team at FlexCoders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a product marketing strategy that drives sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing plan that aligns with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
  • Create and implement a content marketing strategy that showcases the company’s products and services.
  • Design and execute a social media marketing plan that engages with customers, builds brand awareness, and drives website traffic.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
