Role Purpose
- Carry out inflight safety and security procedures
- Conduct in-flight food & beverage and duty-free sales
- Work as a team to deliver customer service activities, fulfill passengers’ needs and enquiries
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest safety procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to passenger queries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage conflicts or difficult situations with passengers in a calm and composed manner
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, share best practices, and brainstorm solutions to improve our services
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment
- Take initiative to identify and address areas for improvement in our services and processes
- Stay flexible and adapt to changing circumstances, such as flight delays or cancellations
The Ideal Candidate
- Right of abode in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- Minimum arm-reach of 208cm and pass the pre-employment medical examination
- Minimum of Grade E in HKCEE or Level 2 in HKDSE in English and Chinese, or equivalent
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Ability to speak other Asian languages would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in the airline industry or customer-facing roles
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with airline software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to aviation and customer service
