About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that enhance their shopping experience. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in maintaining the store’s presentation and ensuring that all products are readily available, which contributes to the overall success of the team.
Your daily responsibilities will include efficiently handling point-of-sale transactions, managing fuel console inquiries, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety across the site. You will be the face of Reddy Express in Karratha, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a positive impression of our brand through friendly interaction and professional service.

- You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
- You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
- You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
- Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
- You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
- You are proactive in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- You demonstrate a positive attitude and are enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that stock is rotated correctly and the storefront remains visually appealing.
- You are reliable, punctual, and hold a strong sense of accountability for your assigned tasks.
