This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autopro on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. This role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as playing a key role in achieving store targets. As a Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers directly, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience while assisting them in finding the right products for their automotive needs.

What you’ll do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice, ensuring that each customer leaves satisfied.
- Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets through proactive engagement and upselling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control to ensure product availability.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices, promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Qualifications
