This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autopro on a full time basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. This role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets. You will interact with a diverse range of customers, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm, and helping to foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

What youâll do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice, assisting customers with their automotive needs and ensuring they leave satisfied.
- Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control to ensure that the store is always well-stocked and organized.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications

- Strong work ethic and organisational skills, allowing you to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred), which will help you hit the ground running.

- Basic computer literacy to assist with point of sale systems and inventory management.
