In this role, you will support our clients across a wide range of internal and consultancy projects, designing, building, and evolving high-quality web applications with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, accessibility, and scalability. This is a client-facing role where you will help teams deliver excellent front-end solutions, influence technical direction, and contribute to consistent engineering practices across engagements.

Requirements
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with React & TypeScript, including hooks, global state management, and component architecture, as well as a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable React applications.
Strong back-end experience with deep technical expertise in at least one of the following:
- Golang: experience with Golang’s concurrency model, error handling, and dependency management
- Java: expertise in Java’s multithreading and networking, as well as knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
- C# .NET: experience with C# .NET’s asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and Entity Framework
- PHP: knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony, as well as experience with PHP’s object-oriented programming model
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, or similar) or Azure, including knowledge of serverless computing, containerization, and cloud storage.
Familiarity with modern development practices (TDD, CI/CD, Git) and experience with code reviews, pair programming, and continuous integration.
Testing experience with Cypress or Playwright, including knowledge of end-to-end testing and test-driven development.
Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs, including experience with API gateways, API security, and API documentation.
Understanding of scalable and distributed architectures, including monolith, modular, microservices, event-driven, batch/ETL architectures, and experience with cloud-based services such as AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams, including knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with team management tools such as Jira and Asana.
Databases (Data Layer)
- Relacional: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server (at least one), including experience with database schema design, query optimization, and database security
- NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra (at least one), including knowledge of NoSQL data modeling, query languages, and data replication
