Understanding project documents, business demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases. Create manual test scenarios, test cases and test data for application under test. Conducts end to end testing including testing of interfaces & APIs and report results. Report, test and close defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, testing methodologies, and project management best practices. They will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Software Development Engineer In Test will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans for the application under test. They will work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize test cases, and will be responsible for ensuring that the application meets the required quality and reliability standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for software testing and quality assurance, and will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and will be able to work effectively in a Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for the application under test.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize test cases.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, web driver IO, and Postman.
- Experience with test and defect management tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to work effectively in a Scrum environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certifications, such as ISTQB, CSTE, or CTT.
