Role Purpose
The primary objectives of this role are multifaceted:
- Carry out inflight safety and security procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and security are maintained at all times.
- Conduct in-flight food & beverage and duty-free sales, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for passengers.
- Work as a team to deliver customer service activities, fulfill passengers’ needs and enquiries, and respond promptly to any issues or concerns.
As part of the cabin crew team, you will represent HK Express from boarding through arrival. This includes welcoming passengers, supporting an orderly boarding process, delivering clear safety briefings, checking that the cabin is ready for departure, and maintaining an attentive presence throughout the flight.
The role also requires sound judgment and close coordination with fellow crew members. You may need to respond calmly to changing situations, assist passengers with special needs, address service requests, and follow company procedures for safety, security, first aid, and customer care.
The successful Flight Attendant will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
