Position Overview
As a Flight Attendant, you will play an essential role in creating a safe, welcoming and efficient environment for our passengers. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of our passengers during flights, as well as providing exceptional customer service to make their travel experience truly memorable.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to passenger needs and concerns
- Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and crew members on board
- Participating in pre-flight and in-flight safety procedures
- Assisting passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or medical conditions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cabin and ensuring that all safety equipment is functioning properly
- Assisting with emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or evacuation procedures

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally
- Be at least 18 years old (with a valid ID)
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be fluent in English (with a working knowledge of Cantonese and/or Mandarin a plus)
- Have a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
- Be physically fit and able to pass a medical examination
- Be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
